For example, to improve the brushing functionality, we recommend to change the head size or the tufting method to achieve high value. Not only basic specifications like handle shape, tufting method and bristle shape, we also pay attention to users’ experience like how users feel in side the mouth while brushing, are they feeling comfortable when holding the handle. We try our best to manufacture products which can be loved both by the market and by ourselves.
We will provide mock-up of the sample when specification was thought out. Then improve details of the handle mold over and over again to give out perfect propoal. CREATE penetrates the site to know every detail, then cooperate closely with our partners to create.
When specification was finally decided, production will be started. We will arrange the best production line for you and proceed handle molding, tufting, packaging efficiently, try the best to achieve high quality, low cost, and fastest delivery. Not only the latest equipment (tufting machine・packing machine), we are also applying the harmony with our partner factories in to production.
